PayPoint operates a nationwide network of approx 23,500 terminals
located in convenience stores and similar outlets, at which
over-the-counter cash payments of utility bills can be made. In
addition, the network is now being used for the top-up of pre-pay
mobile telephones, the payment of the Congestion Charge in
London, bus ticketing, TV Licensing and similar payments.

acquires and exploits stranded reserves - typically known oil and
gas reserves where recovery factors have been low and where there
remains potential to increase the total oil recovered by using
modern methods of analysis and production. Venture does not take

companies and has focused its operations in the North Sea.

capacity to the UK healthcare system. The company’s first
hospital opened in Somerset in 2005 and has achieved excellent
overall performance targets.

KRI SA is Poland's second largest gas distribution company.
KRI undertakes traditional pipeline distribution but, in
addition, specialises in the condensation and re-gasification of
LNG for industrial customers and municipalities and through its
subsidiary company PGS, undertakes LNG transport. This investment
was made jointly with Lime Rock Partners www.lrpartners.com , a specialist energy
fund.
